Videocon D2H — To change customer name and address

Sir I am your regular customer since 4 months.I bought the STB from a dealer in place of DISHTV STB.This D2h STB was registered on the name of Mr .Bansilal Soni.who lives in UDAIPUR but I don't know who he is ? Now I want to change the customer name and address because when I tried to recharge d2h for a year by online then it rejected because there were no balance in Bansilal soni's account while I've .When I met to dealer and told him about my problems then he told to ask Customer care.And your customer care officer told, me to send E-mail.So I want to change it.If you can do it easily then it will be better for me otherwise I'll leave it and move to another options.
