I am D2H user from 10+ years. I opted mirror connection and wanted my connection to split. Because i am not using 2nd connection since 1 months but still making payment for both due to mirror option.
I tried to reach D2H support on 13th Feb 2023 and requested them to discoonection my primary connection. when i say disconnection they will say unable to here my voice and disconnected. Retried and the same responce for next 5 calls. Then i called 14th Feb 2023. Then they said no option to disconnect primary connection and Complaint number is 144271062. When i asked the email id for customer care, they said not having email id for customer care service. Such a big company not having customer care email id and not sure what reason behind this.
Only option i have is that need to change only other D2H operator to make single connection :-) So guy becareful when you taking multi room connections. you have to pay eventhough if you are not using child connection and can't be able split your connections.
My request here is VIDEOCON D2H should create a option for spliting mirror parent and child connections.
