Vidhyalakshmi — we don't get any feedback from bank for educational loan

I am a btech computer sciencestudent. I studying at college of chengannur.. I apply for educational loan in canara bank through vidhyalakshmi portal. My idis122516. I apply loan on 26/08/2017. But upto one month i did not get any feed back from the bank. I am financialy weak. I want this loan. There is no money in my hand to pay fees. Please give me loan as earlier as possible.
