Vijay Packers and Logistics — Regarding delay in consignment shifting and not providing proper bills

After so many days, today on 25-09-22, my consignment reached Pune. But now they are asking me to wait till tomorrow morning. Initially I requested them to unload consignment on Monday morning but they refused rudely. And now when I wasted my two full days for this, they are asking me to wait. Mr. Anil from Vijay movers and packers is real fraudster. Don't ever book vijay movers for anything. They are cheater, uncivilized and shameless people. Till now, I didn't receive my goods at destination. I am posting few images of boxes during loading only.

At last, my consignment reached destination. But as I have already anticipated, vijay packers showed their dark side. First I requested them wheather we can plan unloading on Monday morning 26-09-22. But they replied rudely that it's not possible and at whatever time consignment will reach I have to be there to pick it. So as discussed my family members were there at destination. But after reaching, Mr. Anil ( andRajbir sing), told me that it's not possible to unload consignment due to unavailability of labourers. And they were not willing to ask local branch for help. Thankfully truck driver was nice guy. He has managed few labourers from nearby construction site at night 9pm and we got our goods. But the whole process from packing goods to unloading them was frustrating and irritating. Few boxes got damaged including my bed parts. Rest I will come to know only after unpacking my boxes. I am appealing people not to approach to Vijay movers and logistics specifically East zone branch, Kolkata.
