Vijay Sales — Failure to install product in given time frame and extremely poor service. | |||
I purchased a Videocon LED DDb tv from vijay sales on the 4 th of January. I was promised delivery on the 5th which did happen. Then installation of the TV set Took place on the 6th and i was assured installation of the D2H will happen in a maximum of 3 days. I waited for 3 days but no one showed up. Then i called Vijay Sales on the 10th and they informed me that it being a Saturday it was difficult for installation to take place and assured it would happen on Monday. Today being Monday the 12th i called them up and I was told a request has been put up. Then i called them up again in the afternoon at around 1300hrs ant the executive told me a request had been put up in the system and he gave me the no of videocon customer care and asked me to call and confirm the time of installation. I did the same and was told that the D2H department will handle this issue and was give the no for the same. I called them up and was very bluntly informed that i had to contact the dealer i.e. Vijay Sales and i did the same. I requested to speak to the Manager Or supervisor and was given an assurance that i would receive a call back within the next 15 - 20 mins, which as expected didn't happen. I called up after 35 mins and insisted to speak with a supervisor, and got the same reply, that i would receive a call in another 20 min and I'm still waiting. Hence if installation doesn't happen within today i would like Vijay Sales to take the product back and issue a full refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
