The issue that I have experienced was: My new AC is not working, purchased from Vijay Sales Nalasopara store,
I registered my complaint through My VS App on 2nd May 2022 late night.
I again called on CUSTOMER care no. on 3rd May 2022 for register complaint through call also but CUSTOMER executive said, YOUR COMPLAINt is already registered and no need for complaint again, our service person will come by today.
no one is come so i called same day by 4.00 pm to reconfirmation about timing but another executive said he didn't find any call history regarding my complaint, so i ask for complaint no. and he gave me compliant no. i.e M2205B035539, he also said, now YOUR COMPLAINt has been registered and our guy will come by tomorrow.
on 4th may also no one come for resolve the issue, on 5th may afternoon i got the msg from haier company regarding my service request no. TH[protected], so i called in haier CUSTOMER care and they said YOUR COMPLAINt is registered with us today only by vijay sales so we can arrange service person today or by tomorrow. 6th may is also gone and today is 7th may, complete 5 days over but no one is coming from vijay sales or haier company.
It occurred on: 2/05/2022
this AC is my 13th product purchased from Vijay Sales as per VS App history, but i purchased even more with my other family friends also, no any single call complaint registered on my name or mobile number. but this time i'm completely cheated by vijay sales by purchasing faulty product. i dont want repair, I want full refund or completely new product from vijay sales. I dont want repair. because the product is faulty and it will be having issues again & again and i might be go through this ### complaint process again & again. i dont have this much time, so please take your product back and refund my full amount or deliver me completely new product as earliest as possible.
