I had called customer care and checked the price of the product was 1199 and on store it was 1399...customer service said they will match the price and provide to me for 1199 however the store in Kukatpally denied to provide me on 1199 so i had to purchase online

now it was promised to provide me the product in 2 days as they have done the invoice after calling them many time

Today again i have called them to verify the delivery
now they are saying the invoice was not done and they are doing it.
while checking online the product is still showing processing and not invoiced.

I am calling the customer service an they say something and disconnect the call

This is a poor customer service and pathetic service offline and online
