We have purchased an OTG from Vijay Sales Pimpri, Pune, Morphy Richards make, 24 RSS, Serial No.C061 OT[protected] which is not functioning.We have informed in person Vijay Sales at Pimpri and requested for needful.Their Secret code No.6361 refers.However, over ten days have elapsed since then but there is NO ACTION on our request/ complaint, reason being unknown.
