I had visited the Baner store (Pune) to purchase a laptop and I had faced an issue while processing the bill. I had contacted the floor manager (Nilesh More) to help me find a solution and overcome the issue seamlessly but it turned out that he didn't have a solution instead he suggested me to walk away out of the store without the laptop. I was really disappointed by the floor manager's behaviour as this was not acceptable at all!
I then made up my mind to not visit any of the "Vijay Sales" store ever again!
Later on, after the intervention of team leader (who addressed the issue and came up with a solution), I was able to take the delivery of the asset. I was wondering what help was Nilesh to me or the store if he is not able to take decision and instead disappoint customer and make sure that customer doesn't return back.
I hope this will be addressed and necessary action will be taken against the Floor Manager.
