Vijay Sales — Product processing after a week of placing order | |
I have placed an order for a 2021 Asus Zephyrus G14 more than a week ago. Received 0 emails from Vijay Sales since then. Their phone support is useless- they simply say they have escalated the issue everyday until yesterday when one of them told me they don't think the product has even been assigned to me!!! Totally helpless, devoid of all updates. Would strongly recommend against ordering any expensive electronic from here. They have no idea of what they have in stock or not. They will take your money and just dissappear. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER. Do you even have it in stock???? Was this information helpful? | |
