Vijay Sales — Received defective product in replacement.

I have purchased Amstrad A.C 1.5 ton AMW193S20701275 from Vijay sales MG Road, Gurgaon, Haryana on 14/05/2022. On next day received the delivery and during installation I come to know from installation partner that the AC was defective(Loud Noise issue).After complaining about the same, Amsterd company person visit and initiate replacement after inspection which I received on 20/05/2022. Now again during installation of replaced AC on 21/05/2022 I and installation partner found damage/broken part in AC. Again I have lodged a complaint to Vijay Sales regarding the same and request them for refund of my hard earned money.
