We booked a samsung freeze on saturday afternoon 6th of aug '16. Delivery to be made on 7th. When the freeze arrived on 7th afternoon, there was a big dent on the freezer door. We refused to accept and they took it back. We requested for new piece on sunday evening itself but they said its not possible and hence decided for monday, again inspite of requesting the delivery at noon, they again said it will possible only after 6pm. At 6.30pm on 8th the freeze comes with a small dent again at side. Now the workers who got the freeze plead to accept considering the dent is small and won't hamper its functioning. We spoke with the delivery incharge mr. Sachin parkhe, who said the entire responsibility will be taken by them incase of any problem and said he will make a note. With this assurance we accepted the freeze and since it was in exchange with our old freeze, the old one was taken.. Just to be doubly sure we called the customer care number and spoke with mr. Nikhil who refused to be of any help instead saying that we should not have accepted. He refused to make a note of the dent. Upon asking to speak to a senior, he said he is the senior but didnt know his designation. We told him we would want to speak with sachin parkhe only. He said he will have sachin parkhe call us. Now when sachin parkhe calls he is speaking the same language, when asked him then why did he say he will make a note, he said dont switch on the freeze, we will replace again, when they have already taken away our old freeze. We are trying to explain, even if there is a technical issue soon the freeze will be under warranty and its them to investigate if its due to dent or something else. But they refused to just make a note. And while purchasing the sales person mr. Ravi was giving tall talks of customer care. Its a crime to be kind and nice with such company.
