[Resolved] Vijay Sales — Regarding non delivery of refrigerator on mentioned delivery date | |||||
Hi, I have purchased a refrigerator on 24th june 2017. They informed us that delivery of refrigerator will be made on 13th july. But till now, we have not received the refrigerator, atleast their should be a courtesy to inform people and let them know that the delivery is delayed or it may take some time. When i called on their customer care number i. E.[protected], no one is answering the call. I have called more than 20 times. Such a pathetic service. If they are not delivering my refrigerator, just refund the amount back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
