I bought Azure spilt A.C from Vijay Sales Ahmedabad (S.G.Highway Branch).from last 20 days i have registired so many times of complains against this matter that A.C is totaaly dead.But the Manager of this branch only give m 1 reply that the Azure company is totally wind up from gujarat.So the isssues from Vijay Sales & Azure Company Inthis matter customer is so suffer from last 20 days.& the cusomer is so much aged person due to companys problem., Was this information helpful? | |||

Never heard of Azure. The liability of the vijay sales is till it is sold to the customer but after that any complains related to the product is the total responsibility of the manufacturer. You have to take help of the some local A.C shop to help you, resQ(Reliance digital) or consumer court and Last is CNBC awaaz's Pehredaar.
