Hey… My name is Mr. Prashant Vishnu Bhat, I am writing this complaint regarding Sony 3.1 CH Dolby Atmos Soundbar HT-Z9F and Sony Wireless Surround Speaker SAZ9R purchased from you on 18/08/2021. My TV at home is Samsung 4K Qled QA65Q80T and bought new. But when purchasing your products I was told that this wireless soundbar and speakers will connect to my TV. I have been trying to connect to my TV since the day I got the soundbar and speakers but they won't connect. For this I was in touch with Vijay Sales, Plot No. 57/2, S. V. Road, Borivali West, Mumbai - 400092 and your franchisee Sonu Kumar, Shop 1 / 2, Sai Sakshi Bldg., Sai Complex, Nr. Jogger’s Park, Mira Road (East), Thane – 401107 from last 1 year. So now on 11/09/2022 your franchise Sonu Kumar told me that this Sony soundbar and speaker will not connect to my Samsung TV. In all of this, the Sony soundbar and speakers I purchased have expired warranty and guarantee. What should I do now? Do you misinform customers when purchasing products from you? On the problem of all this, Sonu Kumar, your franchisee, suggested to me that either you get a new TV or a new sound bar. If you don't I will file complaint against your Sony Corporation in consumer court. I am looking for a positive move from you.
