We had purchased a 1.5 Ton Panasonic Air Conditioner vide bill no.75-DUM01-14SIAO30 dated 09/01/2014 from Vijay sales Swasthya Vihar New Delhi. When we were trying to get it installed, we found that there were no nuts and bolts in the unit. Further more there was Teflon coating done on the AC and the planet of copper pipe was not there. Not received goods despite making full payment
I had booked 3 ACs for 97500/- of LG and 1 TV of LG in the exhibition of vijay sales corporation. I had booked on 3/1/2015 and made ull payment of 6/1/2015. Though assured of delivery in 7 days the above goods are not yet received.
