Hi Team, I am totally disappointed by the Service provided from your end . I have purchased new Front end washing machine . Order No. 192-PSR09-16SO 157 From Vijay sales, Pune Satara Road Branch. The Rat mat which fits at the bottom of the machine was of wrong size. Your Representative informed that he will bring the right size within 2 days. After 2 days another person from your service section came and informed that it has to be provided from Vijay sales only. Hence visited VIJAY Sales, informed them ..They promised me that it will provided within 1 day.but so far, no response. I have purchase 39 inch led tv of vise from vijay sales, vadodara on dtd. 18 september 2016 but till date no any compny executive come for tv installation on wall
