I have purchased extended warranty from Vijay sales on refrigerator and washing, and i have called Vijay sales customer care too many times. but nobody ready to give correct information when will technician visit to our place to resolve problem .Every person their says the same that the technician will visit within 48 hrs. we called them on 9 th may n i think this is already more than 24-48 working hours. my complaint time already exceeded from the time given by Vijay sales executives no body came from Vijay sales. we are facing prb that why we are following n they are not ready to give solution. expect the same repeated sentence. i request you to take strict actions against Vijay sale n also please help customers Was this information helpful? I Registered My Complaint with Vijay Sales on May 10th, 2022. That 2 No’s of My Wall Mounted Hitachi Inverter Split Air Conditioning Units are having leakage and cooling problems. The Hitachi had sent me the SMS on My Registered Mobile Number with Techinician’s Name and Mobile Number. But the Technician is refusing to come and visit My House. After 6 Days waiting. Today I received a Call from Vijay Sales that. Vijay Sales, Hitachi Team didn’t installed Our Hitachi Split Air Conditioning Units. Someone else did it. So, the Vijay Sales cannot not send the Hitachi Team. This how the Vijay Sales Showroom Sales & Staff are ‘CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS’. After Sales the Vijay Sales are not taking any interest and they are not taking the responsibility of Any Brands Installed and Displayed in their Vijay Sales Showrooms Across Delhi & Gurugram. You can call them 100 times a day. They will share you the WhatsApp Number of Hitachi. When you try to call them. Their will be a recorded voicemail repeatedly saying. Kindly register your complaint on the Hitachi’s WhatsApp Number.
