Vijay Sales — Wrong commitments

This complain is regarding delivery of refrigerator not on time and wrong commitments

We had visited vijay sales kalyan branch on 24 Oct (Dussehra ) for buying refrigerator, however we met your executive Aman who explained and at that period of time gave the best sale pitch for selling the product.

As per the discussion we wanted to buy Samsung new offer refrigerator model where there were offer of free washing machine but due to space issue at home we were not sure that could fit at our place so we had kept a second option of Haier refrigerator which was confirmed incase Samsung didn’t fit at home.

After all discussion and confirmation with the sale executive as discussed with him he told to pay 500 advance amount and book it and confirm the final refrigerator after reaching home we agreed to him and made advance pay

Once reached home we informed him about Haier refrigerator confirmation as Samsung didn’t fit the most important part was we asked multiple time about confirmation on same offer which will be available next day and also most critical was we required the delivery on 26 Oct as it was my birthday gift

Next day as per our commitment my husband reached to kalyan vijay sales and Now the turn over and wrong commitment started just to complete the sales target

The first day which he turned was the same offer is not available now (cash back ) why ?
What was executive doing ? Was he sleeping when we were asking that will the offer continue next day he was clear and sharp to say YES now what happened?

There was a female senior also in that discussion when husband went to make the payment who denied completely and in front shouting why such executive are part of vijay sales when they don’t know how to deal with customer
Is this type of service expected from such BRAND

2) After all discussion my husband made the payment and finally agreed to that foolish discussion
Later in evening we get call from executive now the issue is we don’t have stock available in warehouse and which was supposed to get delivered is defective
Now the delivery will not happen before 30 Oct

R we fools sitting here what type of commitments are this ?
Firstly wrong commitments on offers
Next delay in delivery

I m sorry to say but in such huge completion in retail if this is what vijay sales is committing no one will come to your showroom next time

Now moral of the story we don’t want the refrigerator any more as the day and birthday both have lost so request you to kindly refund the entire Amt with same source and also pay the penalty of spoiling our big day and a written apology acknowledgment from vijay sales

Kindly do the needful as soon possible without wasting a single day and kindly arrange a call so can share you all the order details and bill copy

If this is not resolved I have to put this on twitter or ceo Mr. Laxmikant Gupta and consumer complains
