hi this is vikas from chennai i am trying to talk to customer care and activate long term pack & some problem regarding the service nbut from ;last one & half month they are not responding i am on cal hold for more then half n hour + but no one response i writed them twice but they say use the mobile app to rectifier the problem worst service i need my money refund so that i can withdrawn from this kind of worst service
