Fail to give result of M.A. FINAL

I had appeared as a private candidate in M.A. Final (Mathmetics) in year 2010-11 from from Gov. Arts and Science Collage Ratlam which is affiliated to Vikram University Ujjain.
Even after 05 months the collage administration and exam dept could not provide the status of result although the result as per informatin from university is decleared for all these examinations.
I did not receive any result after enquiring from collage...

we ahve done b pharma from vikram university 2004-08 at that time there was no affiliation of PCI but university has soured us it will be happen when 1st batch will pass-out but there is 4 batch has been passed but till now no affiliation has been granted to university hence we are nor able to get PCI registration and without PCI registration we couldn't able to medical license as well as job also because company also lloking for pci...
