[Resolved] Vimal — Mobile Handset changed at Service center Ahmedabad | |||
My name is Vimal, and i am from Ahmedabad Gujarat. on 03/07/2014 i submitted my phone to Service center at Himalaya mall Ahmedabad. problem was phone automatically switch off's. service center guy said its software issues, submit it here and it will take 25 days to repair. i submitted it on same day. yesterday on 18/07/2014 i got SMS from service center to pick my phone, its repaired. i went there and collect my phone, but after reaching at home when i tried on my phone it was not working even phone was unable to start. toady again i went to same service center for same Issue, but toady they told come after few todays we are not working for xolo. " yesterday when i was trying start my phone i found IMEI No. Steacker is Scratch and screen guard is removed. my handset is changed at service center" I sent 2 Email at xolo care and done 2 complains at Facebook page of xolo but yet not any Response from xolo. i feel company is only making fool to customers. i will not suggest anyone in my life to buy a xolo phone, and if someone will ask for xolo i will not prefer them to this fool making company phone. Dear sir, There is a garbage field in makanpur which is stinky as attached in picture.I have written in the register in nagar nigam office shakti khand-4 .Please look into this matter. Pleae ignore 1st picture. Thanks
