Given my bike Yamaha FZ KA03 JD 362 for servicing on 1st week of feb'17 and yet to receive.
They asked me to collect the bike on 10th. After clearing the bill, I have observed that mechanics / adviser has damaged my bike at tank and handle bar for which I payed to have a new one.

He handled my bike roughly and seems not professional you can see scratches on my bike tank and handle bar .

When I asked them, they said they are going to change the parts in a 5 working days and I kept my bike with them only.
Now it's 25th Of Feb, till I have not received my bike and the Service manager said that it will take one more week when I check with him and not that to not sure.

Just because of customer service only I have chosen this showroom to buy bike . I would have purchase my bike near marthahalli instead of Indira nagar which is just half a km away to me.
I never expected this kind of service from 'Vinayak motors' and never suggest any one to go for it.
