Vinayak Motors Domlur Branch Bangalore — Staff Behavior issue

its regarding my scooter oxygen which was purchased on 1/1/2015 from Vinayaka Motors Domlur Branch.I want to bring some points in the knowledge of Yamaha Management how they are spoiling Yamaha Brand name by their behaviour. 1) My contact person was Mr Chetan. They have collected required money with their commission for RTO registration promising that documents will be haneded over to your residence by post which is normal procedure. I waited upto 2 months. Many time I called Mr Chetan he has frustrated me a lot lastly I raise my voice to Yamaha call center and he handed over my document. Is not their morale duty to track the documents once they are compelling a customer to pay all RTO charges plus their commission. 2) I have put my vehicle for second service at Vinayaka Motors Domlur Branch on 30 April 2015. They may have face some issue regarding service voucher. They called my son who handed over the vehicle to agency and asked to bring another service coupon which is for 3rd service. Today on 7 May 2015. Mr Kapil has called my son I spoke to Kapil. His way of speaking was very rude. I asked him why you need the third service coupon. In spite of making me undersatnd he started saying that I am calling since 5 days for third service coupon. Again I asked at least you let me know why you need it. He has threatened me to have bad consequences if I am not submitting the document. When I asked him that I will report this matter to Yamaha he told me you go any where.I will see you and start some un-constitutional language in local language. I want to know who has given him right to say all these words and using local language for abusing? Being a manger he does not nave sense how to behave with customer. In spite making customer to understand they behave like this. Does Yamha motor has army of GUNDAS for threatening. I was also told that he is going to finish the warranty of my vehicle. Also I am worried if some thing goes wrong with me or with my son who will be responsible. As I have to go Vinayaka motors only for servicing of scooter. If they do something wrong will Yamaha Management will be responsible. I need answer from Yamaha Managemnt I can be reached any time on my Number [protected].
