Vinayaka University — I have not received my migration.

I had applied for my migration certificate and send the required documents to University via speed post on 15 May 2021. however, I have not received my migration certificate. the university replied via email after 14.06.2021 they will proceed with my request. But I don't know what happened still I have not received my migration certificate.
Already I have enrolled for B.P.ed course at The University of Burdwan, Currently, my University is asking for a Migration Certificate otherwise they will not provide me registration.
Request you to please send my migration certificate as soon as possible otherwise University will cancel my enrolment.
Please find attached all the required documents.
