Viral Deal — I have done payment online but not confirm order

Transactions id is[protected]. Rs. 999 deduct from account but cashback not received and no any msg received.
I have done online payment through google pay.
Payment is successful but no order confirm from viratthread.
Transactions done at 20/08/2019.
Please confirm my order otherwise refund my amount
