I booked 03 sets of refurbished redminote 4 on viral deal and paid 2749/- each totaling to 8247/- from my ubi debit card. Payment was successful. Got the confirmation also saying that the said item in transit then arriving today etc. But i received 2 maxfone opal011 costing 599/- each. Company has not delivered the ordered item. Company is fraud not delivering the ordered items...

So, please send my amount as soon as possible

Status of order id [protected]

being a several reminders the company is not replying or nor sending the mobile in subject, searching or tracking is shows no data found, I m helpless
I have paid Rs. 2749/- by credit card but till date I have not received order or non refund of amount if they fail to fulfil order pls refund our money

I booked mobile redmi note 4 via internet through my Tmb Net Banking on 19.01.2018 to viral deal and i got sms that my order no. Is [protected] When i checked viraldeal website it is showing my epayment is received by the company. Till today, i did not receive redmi note 4 mobile or got refunded my amount back.
