I have ordered an ultrasonic machine since December last year. It took long process to recive my item around 3 months, but because of inprofessional packing, the post office return the item to your company because they didn't mention my number or my name. I have given your company all my detials but they didn't mention in the shipping.
I followed the tracking and it showen that you recive the item.
Since one month I contacted the costumer service email but without any update or action, just they ignore my issue. when I send an email, the anwsers are away from my problem. Also they didn't answer all my questions and they ignore some my emails.
please I'm so disappointed from your costmer services email. Please refer me to higher athority in your company to finish my issue to give me a clear answer with taking actions. I get bored with chating with your costumer services email without any results. I spend 4 months in this issue and I'm tired witb this treating. I need my money back as soon as possible.
Really I'm very disappointed because your company took our money and you have very long and unclear process to refund our money.
