My daughter purchased this item on 5th of november 2018 but up to now did not receive it.
Since january i send mail 8 e-mails informing that the item has not been received. The customer service replied to the first two e-mails assuring that they will look into the matter and solv it. I think it was an automatical answer, no proper action was ever taken to find the item. As we still did not received the item, i continued to send reminders...

I place order for Handy Stitching Machine on 2nd Sept 2019 at 7:13 pm online wide order No. VDS 176886 and cancelled it on 3rd Sept at 11:16 am. On 4th at 2:19 pm I received a mail that it can not be cancelled. Why they shipped the product even after my prompt cancellation.

Actually i order ginger hair serum for hair growth but i got normal oil serum. I want my refund back and take this serum from me. I have placed an order for ARC Handy portable AC in Viraldeal. I have received a defective product. I'm trying to return this product from more than a ween but could not able to create a return request. As I have tried multiple time to reach to customer care. I ordered the device including a cream. The cream I have never received and the product device received nothing was true like described/ demonstrated / promissing in the internet.

When returning the as requested with special delivery post the company just does not react to your request anymore. Do not order with this Company, it is just a fake and they make a lot of money with it....

Attempted order that was completed by company on thier end however on my end computer showed that company did not make a order, also there was no info given, but order was paid for by paypal. I cannot contact company or get info on how to get any on company. No product has been sent or info from company about or shipment. No location or phone given for contact....
