I've been using your broadband service from the past 3 / 4 years. Having user id "kishor92".But now I am very disappointed with your service. I have to complain to you twice in a month everytime and it is not a convenient way. So either i will buy a new connection from another well known company or you will change your habit of this and will provide better service in future.It is worst experience in this year for internet service and customer support service you had provided. I always refer in my friend circle to buy a connection from VISION SMARTLINK. But now i think all are suffering because of me as i suggest...
Kindly give in written that, "Now onwards you will provide better service or else i can get my package refund any time if i'm not satisfied with your service."
Hope you will provide better quality and service.No one is free for complaining twice - thrice in a month.In the past couple of months I raised complaints (having ticket no: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) and some of them are unsolved and some are solved within a week or in a long time.Instead of enjoying service from you I'm suffering.In a month half of the time your service is not available.
Kindly improve it and give the above note in written for surety in future.
