I am writing to bring to your attention a problem I am facing while trying to access the VTU EDDTS portal (eddts.vtu.ac.in/verify_otp.php). I recently registered on the portal using my USN, mobile number, and email ID as per the registration process. However, I encountered some difficulties during the registration and verification process, and I am now unable to access the portal.
Upon registering, I received a notification stating that an OTP (One-Time Password) had been sent to my registered mobile number for verification purposes. However, despite waiting for a considerable amount of time, I did not receive the OTP to verify my account. As a result, I am unable to proceed with the registration process and obtain my password from VTU.
Could you please look into this matter and help me with the following:
Verify my registered mobile number and ensure that the OTP is delivered promptly.
Provide me with the necessary instructions to complete the verification process successfully.
If possible, issue me a new OTP or an alternative method to verify my account and access the EDDTS portal.
