I had raised an application (ID - VTU2322133 ) to send my official transcript. Applied for official Transcript but till now not yet received it is there is no update of processing at eddts.vtu.ac.in the website. and the status is under payment successfull, document has not been process yet. not even soft copy received. please help as soon as possible.
