I had applied for transcripts and PDC from VTU on October 9. I have not received any communication from them although the payment status is successful and application is successfully submitted. Nobody answers the call when I dial the toll free number . The line is busy 24*7 . In the application portal it stills hows as processing. I have sent an email to vtu regarding the same, by did not receive any response from them . I need these documents for my higher education University admission.
