I am a student of engineering. I had discontinued my be because of financial issues when i asked my institute to return my original certificates they are asking for full 3 years fees and my father can not afford it. Due to this i am not getting any admission in different courses and my life is being wasted. So i request you to please help me. Please sir it has already been a year. Please help me with it
