Viveks — I'm complaining about my water purifier didn't worked at all

I bought water purifier pureit marvella ro uv genereator on 8/4/17. From the company they delivered at proper time and installed. After instalment of the water purifier the machine didn't worked properly. I called the showroom they didn't respond. 14 days since we are complained till they do not come and serviced.
