[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — Phone not working properly

Hi i want to raise complain for my vivo v 5 phone. Which i brought before 5 month. Earlier phone was working good but since last 2 month i m facing problem. Battery not working properly. I have to charge battery continuously. Also take much time fo charge. Phone got hang many time. Tuch pad is too hard. Battery get too hot many time. Facing low network problem. Kindly look in to the matter and resolved other wise i escalate to md lavel.

Hello sir
I m using vivo cell phone model vivo y15s.
Phone is very nice but since last few months after your lastest update it is showing problems like battery discharge soon also place near camera heat up very much and sometimes a message pops up that
Unfortunately the UI of system has stopped and even while charging cell phone the battery get's discharges means if it was 31% when put to charge after half an hour I get it 15% yet the charging symbol is there
Also i m sharing a screenshot in which there is a symbol near battery
Please help me
