I Hv given my cell for service for some damages..the service officer promised that the cell will be ready within 3days. But when I tried reaching the service station on the 4 &5 day nobody is willing to take my call.. Very much surprised & scared. How come a service center avoid customer calls.
Finally on the 6 the day somebody picked the call & confirmed the mobile is still not ready due to unavailability of the stock. Surprising the vivo device is unavailable in the vivo served station.. Top of that my cell is under warranty and service officer who attended me was demanding for paying the service charges for the repair. I m totally unhappy withe service n ask the service officer not repair my mobile n return back to will. Its better to buy new cell giving this in exchange buy suffering on the kind service.
