Vivo Mobile India Pvt Ltd — Purchased new vivo v1 mobile and now its not working

I purchased a new Vivo V1 on 29.08.2015 from touchme mobile store and after a few days it started showing problems, and some time it used to work. The phone used to get hang, as i am not using to much applications on it. After 3 months suddenly the mobile touch is not working. When I took to the store from where I purchased they told they would not provide the service, we oursel[censored]sed to take to the service center and need to resolve the issue. I have given the handset to the service center, let see the service support of the company too. I believe that Vivo is a good mobile company but i got really disapointed that I wasted my money. It would be greatful if you can replace the handset with a new one.
