[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — Unexpected switch off

It's the eleventh day after the purchase of the handset vivo v5 and i came across this issue of sudden switch off of the set... Unwanted heating up of the handset. Old resolve this.
What kind of reason is this by the way... That if one has briefly explained his problem and couldn't exceed certain count of characters would not be entertained???? Now i suppose i've exceeded.
Now look into it.

I brought this phone(vivo v5s) yesterday.
I loved this phone very much.
But a thing which I noticed today is the invalid functioning of the recent apps key.
When pressed, it either performs the back function or it just vibrates...
Please look into this problem soon.
