I took the phone on 9th nov. I bought the phone from reliance digital. On using the phone, from the 1st day itself, i observed lagging in the settings option. The screen scrolls to a blank page and then the options load up after 2 seconds. After observation for 3 days, i went to reliance digital asking for a replacement as per their 1-week replacement policy. But they denied me a replacement and asked me to go to a vivo service center. They're they flashed my phone with fresh rom but still, the issue persists. Although i asked them, i want a replacement, they denied my request. Following that, i called vivo customer care who also didn't respond to me properly and denying me a replacement.
I thought of becoming a member of vivo family but seeing such kinds of responses, i am very upset. I have never experienced such a worst service from any other vendors like mi, one plus.
It's not even a week old and i am already suffering with my new phone. I want a replacement or my money refunded. Was this information helpful? |
