humility n manners... Dealing with clients.. I mean what has happened to VLCC. I'm a client of Vlcc from last 10 yrs, but today I felt as if its time to change the salon.. Do employ literate people who know how to talk too doctors.. Really annoyed and upset Dr NEETU
