[Resolved]  VLCC Healthcare Ltd. — Not getting any result

i am ROOPAK SAHA, Director of LEADS OVERSEAS PVT LTD, living siliguri, Westbengal, i have taken a package of Rs 78000+ tax for reducing DARK CIRCLE UNDER EYE. I already paid 65000 approx but totally in vain from VLCC HEALTHCARE LTD to reduce dark circle.

Now the branch asking for balance money without giving any result. Therefore i have no way to go district consumer forum first, i will be prepared also to go state as well as national consumer forum.

i also bound to write to sales tax department state and national, how a company will get payment cash against issuing tax invoice as tin no [protected].

pl treat the letter as legal documents for further process.
