[Resolved]  VLCC — Not transferring my account to different branch post covid

I took my membership for fitness service last year in march from Vlcc vijay nagar branch. Since it was the time covid was spreading, I was told that if lockdown happens then I can restart my services anytime and also transfer it to any branch/city post lockdown. Now after my second vaccination got completed I called the centre asking to rejoin and was told that I can rejoin and my BMI will be taken again and I can resume my services again. However I had to move to a different city and asked them about transferring it to Jabalpur city Gorakhpur branch. The Branch manager now says that my membership has expired and could not be transferred. On 11th October 2021 I was told by the Branch manager that I can resume the services(I have the call recordings) and on 14th October after hearing I wish to transfer to a different city, suddenly my membership has expired. I had informed them in July itself that I will be restarting my services in October-November after my second dose of vaccination to which the branch manager does not recall anything now.

My 45000 are at stake which I wish to either be refunded back to resume my services from the other centre.
