VLCC — Refund for booked balance package & pain in head

I have booked the hair treatments plan in vlcc center located at Andheri west Mahada

In which i paid full package plan
I am not satisfied with the service
Hence request you to please refund my balance amount

Center is telling they dont have refund policy

I dont wont to continue the package because after each session i am having very several plain in my head due to injections
