VLCC — Vlcc is fraud - i want my money back

I never wanted to write all these things but you guys forced me to do this, but now I will make sure that everyone knows about this,

First of all, their staff is highly unprofessional; they have no idea how to deal with the clients.

I had to undergo laser treatment and pre-bridal, so I visited VLCC in August 2023 to take quotes.

I had a conversation with Nirupa at VLCC center at Malviya Nagar. She offered a package of 65, 000.

At that time, she asked me for both my ICICI Bank and BOB Bank ATM cards to check eligibility.

Nirupa said I just have to check the eligibility, and at that time, she said 1 rupee would be deducted from your account to check; Only 1 rupee is getting deducted, can't do that much. So I entered 1 rupee by entering the ATM PIN. It got deducted, and I told her I didn't have a budget and I would not be able to go ahead with the package.

After that, I told her that I had to discuss it with my mother. Nirupa said that I go out of the cabin; you can talk to your mother, but mother refused saying that I do not have to take any service now; the amount is high. I told Nirupa that my mother was refusing. Nirupa said I wanted to meet your mother. I told Nirupa that I would go home and tell you whether to start the service or not. So Nirupa said OK. With this, Nirupa said if you tell me within 4-5 days, then I will cancel the service. So I messaged her to please cancel my service; I do not want to take any service. She listened to the call and disconnected it. Before that, I had also messaged her, but she did not reply to any of my calls or messages.

And after August 21, 2023, the first installment directly from my account for AMT of Rs 5, 608.63 (between August 21, 2023 and October 3, 2023) will be deducted on October 3, 2023. I've never got a call from anyone from your team. No one called me and said that to get a service or your EMI will be deducted, or I have given an appointment, there is no information about EMI.

And then suddenly a direct amount is deducted from my account of Rs. 5, 608.63/-, so as soon as I get to know, I call Nirupa, Nirupa doesn’t reply to the call message.

Helping with Google I got VLCC Malviya Nagar's location contact number, then I spoke to Ms. Kriti, the branch head there, and she called me for a meeting. When I met her, she clearly told me that we can't refund or stop the service; we can't stop any EMI, and instead of a refund, you can take any service.

But I told Kriti that I do not want to take any service, and then she shared an email ID on which I am writing an email right now.

Your team is misguiding me; money has been deducted from my account.

You can’t force to anyone to take a service from your side,

I don't want to take any service.

I made such a request, but no one listened to me.

I am writing this email because Kriti called Nirupa in front of me, and Nirupa clearly said no; she did not get any call messages; she lied.

That's why I am also sharing WhatsApp chats with you and calling details. Please get my amount refunded; otherwise, I will have to complain about Nirupa misguided actions. I request that my service stop now, which they have activated by fraud. By taking a signature on the file that they are getting a 50% discount on their ID card, then I should sign that file for them that today they have made the file from a client. But she promised me that I would cancel the service, and now she is not responding.

For your reference please find attached all the screenshots.

Please give me my money back, and no installments should be deducted next time.

It is to bring into your attention that I visited your clinic for an inquiry of a treatment. For which I was asked to check if I’m eligible for the emi payment option. One of your employees, whose name is Nirupa asked for my atm card, she used an otp to check the eligibility and also transfer rupee one without informing me that the transaction was made to set up an emi. I left the clinic saying that I will think about it and will call you if I need your service. After one and half month I got charged Rs. 5, 608.63/- which was dedicated from my account.

I was in a shock and when I spoke to your employee I was surprisingly asked to take service, the emi will continue to deduct.
I simply deny the payment or any service from vlcc. It was a wrong selling of a service where I feel cheated. I want immediate action on this and NOC for this service and refund for the amount deducted from my account.

I don’t want your service at this point of time. However I will think about it in future.

I was not called or informed about the service being initiated in the last one and half months. I only got to know once the emi amount was deducted from my account.
Please give me my money back, and no installments should be deducted next time.
