VLCC — Vlcc slimming and massage packages

I have booked vlcc slimming and massage packages and due to some uncertainty i didn't avail the services as I was outside India and I already informed to the concerned person about it. My plan is expiring on 31st March 24 and i want to extend the program for which they are charging me another 12k. I don't have certainty about my job and I am not in a position to pay anything more to extend the program. On an exception basis can you please extend the program for another 3 months so that I can avail the services. I took some 10 sessions but i didn't receive any benefit out of it so I was want to get all the sessions for which I have already paid. I was also not aware about the expiry dates until I got a message from them

Updated by Debashree9 Vlcc is just fooling the customers and charging money from them, there have been no change in weight as well so I want you to extend it for 3 months or refund my money back whatever is suitable on your part.
