I ordered router and tried cancelling it within 3 hours of purchase but I faced an error and it was not getting cancelled. Next day I called and told the issue, one of the staff member said it will get cancelled within 3 hours and I didn't receive any cancellation mail. Now I'm still receiving msgs amd emails of my order and they are not picking up the call or either diconnecting it. I have added screenshots of raised tickets as well.
