Vodafone ahmedabad — Data service not available despite paying and activating | |||||
I have been using Vodafone in Delhi for over a year and recently shifted to Ahmedabad and ported in to Vodafone Gujarat. I am not able to use my Internet service for which I am paying rental anyways. I called customer service 198 numerous times and after lot of procedure my complaint was registered and iI as told to wait till 2nd Dec. I really need to know which one of you will wait for that long to get a service that you are already paying for? I did not port into Voda guj for this shifty service. I am sitting at Vodafone store for past 3hours and nothing has happened. The only response that I have received is that "you are not the only one facing this problem, there are others too." should I be happy about it? I have recently shifted here and need Internet service more then ever. Is Vodafone going to compensate for the trouble it has caused me? Was this information helpful? | |||||
