[Resolved] Vodafone — BALANCE DEDUCTION FOR FLASH MESSAGES ETC. WITHOUT CONSENT

sir, my balance of VODAFONE mobile no.[protected] has been deducted on 10oct, 2014 between 8pm and 9pm.during this period i have not touched my phone even.but my account has been deducted with Rs.170approx.when i call to customer care, vodafone they say that you have been charged for the FLASH MESSAGES SERVICES etc. but i did not touch the phone even.kindly resolve the issue and make my balance refund.THEY SAY THAT U CAN GO ANYWHERE U WANT.

vodafone has apologised and refunded my balance.they sent me an sms on ky phone thank u for the help .nodel officer also sent the mail to helpline consumer affairs and resolved the complaint.all is well that ends well.my balance is back.
