[Resolved] Vodafone — balance deduction without information | |||
My 81 Rs. were deducted from my prepaid connection in three steps. Whenever i used to recharge my mobile, the balance was automatically deducted making the final balance zero, this happened twice and As I am on roaming, I am unable to use my phone. Also when i called vodafone helpline [protected], the customer care executive was unable to tell me about the reason for which the balance was deducted. No services were added and no such calls were made to make the balance zero automatically. Also I was denied a refund for unknown reasons. Was this information helpful? | |||
